Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with BidPilot. This policy describes when and how we issue refunds for the Pro subscription.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to Pro and decide it isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment. No questions asked. After the refund, your account is moved back to the Free plan.
2. Brazilian consumers — right of withdrawal
Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), if you signed up online you may withdraw within 7 days of contracting and receive a full refund. This right applies in addition to the guarantee above.
3. Recurring renewals
Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date from Settings → Billing. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in the situations below.
4. Refunds we will consider after 7 days
- You were charged twice for the same period (duplicate charge).
- You were charged after a successful cancellation (our error).
- An extended Service outage (more than 48 hours in a single billing cycle) materially prevented you from using Pro features.
- Unauthorized charge — we will investigate and refund if confirmed; you should also contact your card issuer.
5. What we generally do not refund
- Partial months after you used the Service during the period.
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal (please use the cancellation reminder).
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality after substantial use, beyond the 7-day window.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@upbidpilot.com from the address on your account with:
- The email associated with your BidPilot account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A short reason (helps us improve, not required).
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks are slower for both of us and may result in account suspension. We aim to resolve any legitimate billing issue within 2 business days.
